Branch Manager – Pittsburg North
As Branch Manager, you will provide overall leadership for the Pittsburg North branch, overseeing daily operations, lending performance, and team development while serving as a visible representative of KTCCU in the community.
We are seeking:
- Minimum of 3 years in banking or financial services; leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise, coach, and support branch staff
- Experience with consumer lending and financial solutions preferred
- Great attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professional judgment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
- Willingness to participate in occasional evenings/weekends for community events and outreach
- Must pass a background check and credit report verification
Member Service Officer/Loan Officer
As a Member Services Officer / Loan Officer, you will serve as a trusted resource for members by assisting with loan applications, financial solutions, and daily account needs while delivering exceptional service.
We are seeking:
- One year of lending experience, strongly preferred
- Banking and customer service experience, strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Highly energized, people-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and identify lending opportunities
- Comfort processing loan applications and related documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must pass a background check and credit report verification
