Cardholder Liability

It is very important to protect the privacy of your debit card and pin number. Keep you card secured by using the following guidelines:

  • Do not give your pin number.
  • Do not keep your pin number with your debit card (memorize the pin number).
  • When using the card, make sure no one is watching when the pin number is entered.
  • Immediately notify KTCCU if you discover fraudulent activity on your card.

There is no cardholder liability if the fraudulent activity is immediately reported to KTCCU.

ATM Card

ATM cards are used to access your account (balances and cash withdrawals) through an ATM. The ATM card withdraws funds directly from your account (savings or checking). ATM cards can not be used for store purchases.
