Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, all members will be required to register on the updated system. Existing usernames and passwords will not be converted.

IOS users: Download the new app. You will find the app by searching “KTCCU” in the App Store.

Android users: Download the new app. You will find the app by searching “KTCCU” in the Play Store.

Desktop users: Access the new web portal by visiting www.kstcu.org on or after November 13, 2023.

  • Your KTCCU Account Number
  • Last 4 digits of your SSN/TIN (Social Security Number/Taxpayer Identification Number)
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Email Address on File with KTCCU
  • Cell Phone of File with KTCCU

iOS or Android users will “Register” after downloading the “KTCCU” app from the App or Play Store.

Fill out the registration form to verify your identity using the information above.  If the information matches what KTCCU has on file, you will be prompted to create a username and password. If not, please contact the credit union to update your information.

After successful registration, you will be able to sign in. On your first sign-in on any browser or device, you will be required to retrieve a verification code from an email address or phone number on file with the credit union (also known as 2-factor authentication).

  • Password must be 12 to 64 characters.
  • Must have at least 1 alphanumeric character.
  • Must have at least 1 lowercase character.
  • Must have at least 1 uppercase character.
  • Must have at least 1 special character.
