Set Up Online Banking

Check balances, move money, pay bills, and manage your account anytime, from your phone or computer.

First-time registration

Before you begin, have the following information ready:

  • Your KTCCU account number
  • Your date of birth
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number
  • Your email address and mobile phone number
  1. Select Register for Online Banking below.
  2. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
  3. Create your username and password, then register your device when prompted.
  4. Sign in and explore your account information and available tools.
Using your phone? You can also register or sign in through KTCCU's mobile banking app. Find it by searching for KTCCU in your device's app store.

Set Up Direct Deposit

Make payday easier by having your paycheck or other recurring payments deposited directly into your account.

Most employers and payment providers will ask for your credit union's routing number, your account number for deposits, and whether the account is checking or savings.

How to get started

  1. Get the correct account number for direct deposits. Ask KTCCU if you are not sure which number to use.
  2. Access your employer's payroll portal or request a direct deposit form.
  3. Enter the KTCCU routing number, your account number, and your account type.
  4. Submit your request. Your employer or payment provider can tell you when the change will take effect.
Important: Do not assume the number printed on your debit card is your checking account number. Contact KTCCU if you need help finding the right account information.

Deposit Checks From Your Phone

Save a trip to the branch by depositing eligible checks through the KTCCU mobile app.

How it works

  1. Sign in to the KTCCU mobile banking app.
  2. Find the mobile check deposit feature.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions for the amount, endorsement, and photos of the front and back of your check.
  4. Review the information and submit your deposit.
  5. Keep your check safely until the deposit has been confirmed and KTCCU's retention instructions have been met.
New account? Mobile check deposit is generally available after your account has been open for 30 days, subject to eligibility. Confirm eligibility and deposit instructions with KTCCU before your first deposit.
